Because our logistics are structured to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, we have a very narrow window to accommodate modifications or cancellations (typically within 2 hours of placement). Once an order has been processed, it is subject to our standard returns and exchanges policy.

Prices for our pieces are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable state and local taxes. We are committed to reliable logistics, but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen shipping delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or processing beyond our control. All delivery timelines are estimates. As detailed in our Shipping Policy, once we transfer your parcel to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
